"And we will devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of The Word." Acts 6:4
WHAT IS THE PRAYER ROOM?
Our weekly Prayer Room (encounter) sets consist of prophetic worship, prayer, and intercession.(“Prophetic” simply means ministry that is led by His voice, expressed by spontaneous and Biblical songs and prayers). With worship and music serving as the base and foundation, prayer and intercession is intermingled throughout. Bringing the two realities together produce a more sustainable and enjoyable experience, and is actually the central ministry expression in heaven (Revelation 4; 5:8).
The Prayer Room is our 4,800 square feet room, that serves as the “encounter center”—a place set apart with minimal distractions, to encounter the Lord. In this room, we host weekly worship and prayer meetings with singers, musicians, and prayer leaders (intercessors) who declare His word in song and prayer. On any given set, you will experience an atmosphere fueled by His presence, a place where you can read your Bible, meditate on the word, pace the room, stand and sing, join in with intercession, and simply connect with Jesus.
THERE ARE 3 CORE DYNAMICS OF THE PRAYER ROOM:
• Personal Encounter. The Prayer Room is a great gathering place to slow down and tune out the noise of everyday life. This makes space for personal, transformative encounter.
• Corporate Offering. The Prayer Room is also designed to gather for corporate worship—to pursue the Lord in a larger setting, with others in the body of Christ.
• Unified Intercession. The Prayer Room finds corporate expression as we press in for more of His promises to be established in our midst.
